Two City Center, a 11 story office building at 645 Hamilton Street, and one of three new office building being developed in conjunction with the hockey arena, is now fully leased.
One City Center and Three City Center, are the other buildings being developed by City Center Lehigh Valley , the group handling much of the office building development in Allentown's Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ).
The NIZ encompasses a 130 miles of land available for special tax funding and is based mainly around the construction of the downtown hockey arena in Allentown.
Cenduit, a North Carolina based clinical trail services company, announced that it plans to lease 13,500 square feet at Two City Center, and relocate workers from its Upper Saucon Township offices. This new tenant means Two City Center is now filled to capacity.
National Penn Bancshares, the main corporate tenant, as well as Air Products, Lehigh Gas, Buckno & Lisicky, and RLB Accounting lease the remaining office space.
There is also a 10,000 square foot restaurant featured on the first floor, a joint venture between the co-founders of the area's Melt and Blue restaurants, and 7,200 square feet of green space on the roof.
