Miami man, Roman C. Thomas III, an alleged pimp, is accused of forcing a 13 year old girl to get eyelid tattoos—one which reads “Suave,” Thomas’ street name, and the other which says, “House,” according to a March 30, 2013 NBC Miami report.
An arrest report indicates the child told police she met Thomas, 25, at a Flea Market in Liberty City on March 12. She said she agree to go back to his motel with him where he revealed he was a pimp and wanted her to work as a prostitute.
Shanteria Sanders, 23, who also faces charges in the case, was also at the motel and is accused of helping coerce the girl into becoming a prostitute.
She and Thomas allegedly took provocative photos of the child and posted them on Backpage.com, according to the police report.
The girl told law enforcement she was provided with condoms and told how to approach men. In addition, she was instructed to charge $50 for 15 minutes of sex, $70 for 30 minutes, and $100 for an hour, the report says.
When she failed to make as much money as Thomas expected, he beat the child, according to the police report.
Both Thomas and Sanders have been charged with delivery of a controlled substance to a child, false imprisonment, human trafficking, and lewd and lascivious exhibition, according to the Huffington Post.
