All you can dance buffet at the 2011 Dallas International Bachata Festival

Sometimes it's difficult to decide whether you want the flavorful marbling of a ribeye, the buttery melt-in-your-mouth texture of a filet or the sheer nirvana of a rack of ribs. They're all alluring and scrumptious in their own right, so how do you choose? You don't. You go to a churrascaria where you’re encouraged to drown in self-indulgence.

The 2011 Dallas International Bachata Festival is like a "bachatascuria." It's an all you can dance buffet, but rather than gaucho chefs serving up seasoned cuts of meat, the DIBF promises seasoned professionals ushering in cutting-edge dance instruction. Your dance plate will never suffer from lack of attention. With more than 35 workshops scheduled this weekend, finding a class that suits your individual appetite will be easy.

Please note: This event is not exclusive to meat lovers. Vegans will enjoy the event with as much zeal as the carnivores, although “lap dancing” and “kizomba” don’t exactly arouse thoughts of peas and carrots. Red meat is what springs to mind.
