Shining the Inner Light.
All growing things need the sunlight. On the Inner Plane growth occurs via the nexus of thoughts that are raised to the level of manifestation through what is called the Inner Light. What is this Inner Light and how may we promote its operation?
First of all we have to enter the right level of awareness in order to be open to receiving this answer. Next the light comes in the form of a feeling that rushes through your consciousness unifying everything that it touches. Then the answer begins to build itself out of the flash of this inspiration. Simply put inspiration or the flash of meaning is a constant source of light for the growing of thoughts into what you would like to see them become. Inspiration becomes a way of trusting deep within that the answer to everything resides inherent within your consciousness. Once you come to this conclusion it is easier to move upwards in your understanding meaning you are able now to make sense out of a diverse series of events relating them all to an internal center which will not mask either the significance of each event as a singularity or as a totally unified whole.
Nothing happens inside of your life outside of the awareness of who and what you are defined by the thoughts that go around inside of you promoting this or that vision. The translation into experience can be nearly impossible to follow let alone pinpoint in terms of associated this experience with a particular chain of thoughts entered into sometime in the past. It is because of this time delay that most never learn to profit from the awareness of their inner nature while others recognize that they are what they think so therefore they not only watch what they think but make the act of thinking an active proposition much like what I am explaining to you here about.
Thought requires a central focus. It cannot penetrate to the depths of awakening without this focus. Focus may be defined as a place to return to in thought to build upon the feelings that are the result of this returning. In Kabbalah this association is to Hashem, the name, YHVH, the Lord all relating to the inner awareness of connection exemplified by this idea of deity, that which is greater than the outer world concentrated like a black hole on the inner space of the reality focus.
We all need a place to return to bring us back to our center. You know the feeling when you are off your game reacting to something outside of yourself. Always the way of return is to get back to basics meaning return to the center of yourself and thereby move your thoughts accordingly consistently in this direction. I speak of this center but can only describe how it feels and not what it looks like because its look changes with its relationship to its own impetus including those thoughts that are born in the moment as inspirations called the grace of G-d, the inner awakening of Kundalini, the holy spirit, the Shekinah. All of this points to it but only you can witness it and define it in terms that you may relate to the best. B"H.
