Get ready for an exciting new food event coming to L.A. LIVE this weekend! From Friday, March 21 to Sunday, March 23, join us for All-Star Chef Classic, an event that brings together chefs from around the globe for a culinary experience like no other.

All-Star Chef Classic is described as a modern food event that brings together highly acclaimed chefs from around the country and across the world to L.A. LIVE. This group of amazing chefs is brought together featuring veterans and rising stars of the kitchen. Audience members will get to see master chefs cooking together and even get the opportunity to try out their delicious culinary dishes. An actual stadium called Restaurant Stadium will be built for All-Star Chef Classic, seating 250 guests who have the chance to watch and interact with the chefs. The Chef’s Tasting Arena presented by DCS is designed to complement Restaurant Stadium and will feature an expansive layout for tastings, showcases, and celebrations at certain events throughout the weekend.

On Friday, March 21, All-Star Chef Classic kicks off with the French Master’s Dinner presented by Fisher & Paykel. This event is a celebration of French culinary excellence hosted by Los Angeles’ own Ludo Lefebvre along with Alain Passard, Marc Meneau, Iñaki Aizpitarte, Florian Bellanger, and Pierre Meneau. These chefs will collaborate on creating an scrumptious meal for guests while interacting with each other and the crowd. Ticket packages for this event start at $250 and features a five-course exquisite dinner with an elegant pairing of French wine. A pre-cocktail reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by a 7:00 p.m. dinner start.

On Saturday, March 22, two separate culinary events will take place at L.A. LIVE. At 12:00 p.m., All-Star Lunch showcases and celebrates the amazing women in the culinary industry including chefs Dominique Crenn, Nancy Oakes, Nancy Silverton, Naomi Pomeroy, and Waylynn Lucas. This all-women group of chefs will prepare an exquisite five-course lunch as they discuss their dishes and techniques with the crowd. Ticket packages for this event start at $100 and will feature a premium ticket to Restaurant Stadium and a five-course lunch with an elegant pairing of wine.

Following All-Star Lunch will be Grill & Chill presented by DineLA and Stella Artois from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This nighttime celebration embodies the different methods and cultures that are used by chefs cooking over an open flame. International chefs including Donald Link, Gavin Kaysen, Gabrielle Hamilton, Jon Shook, Ludo Lefebvre, Michael Cimarusti, Naomi Pomeroy, Paul Qui, Roy Choi, and Ricardo Zarate will display their techniques inside Restaurant Stadium. Ticket packages begin at $100 featuring admission and tastings from 10 different all-star chefs along with alcoholic beverages.

To end on a high note, Savor the Season presented by Melissa’s Produce will serve as the last All-Star Chef Classic event on Sunday, March 23 between 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. This event features a Farmer’s Market celebration of seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients found in Los Angeles. A group of talented chefs including Alex Seidel, David Lefevre, David Myers, Graham Elliot, Jennifer Jasinski, Josiah Citrin, Nancy Silverton, Vinny Dotolo, Waylynn Lucas, Wylie Dufresne, and Benjamin Ford will prepare seasonal dishes from local ingredients for the audience and hand out recipe cards to recreate the dish at home.

In addition, Savor the Season presented by Melissa’s Produce will feature a kid’s zone in Restaurant Stadium with fun culinary activities for children of all ages including: face painting, chef arts & crafts, Vitamix smoothie bar, a mashed potato bar with Melissa’s Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes, fruit skewer creation station, a kids buffet, and a mini-fonut baking lesson in Restaurant Stadium with All-Star Chef Waylynn Lucas. Ticket packages for this event start at $65 and will feature tastings from 10 different chefs along with alcoholic beverages. Children can also join in on the food and fun with packages starting at $25 featuring child admission and a kids buffet.
