During the past couple of days, different All-Star Chef Classic events took place as a group of talented chefs traveling from across the nation and world joined together in Los Angeles. A total of 270 lucky guests were seated inside the luxurious Restaurant Stadium located within the Event Deck at L.A. LIVE. They were entertained by some of the greatest chefs in the world as they prepared meals while interacting with each other and the audience.
On the night of Friday, March 21, All-Star Chef Classic kicked off with the French Master's Dinner presented by Fisher & Paykel. The event featured an amazing lineup of legendary chefs including Ludo Lefebvre, Alain Passard, Iñanki Aizpitarte, Florian Bellanger, Marc Meneau, and Pierre Meneau. Each chef prepared their own dish for the entire audience to enjoy, culminating in a five-course meal to go along with an elegant pairing of French wine.
Guests at Restaurant Stadium were enthralled to witness several of the greatest French chefs all together in the same room. During the event, each chef shared their unique techniques and recipes for dishes they were preparing and even provided the audience with culinary stories about their past. At one point, the chefs invited the entire audience to perform a French singing ritual as they all toasted to a glass of wine.
All-Star Chef Classic then presented the All-Star Lunch event taking place the following day on Saturday, March 22. This event celebrated the amazing women in the culinary industry with highly regarded chefs including Dominique Crenn, Nancy Oakes, Nancy Silverton, Naomi Pomeroy, and Waylynn Lucas.
The group of female chefs gave the audience a five-course lunch while sharing their stories regarding their past encounters with each other and their culinary recipes for guests to make at home. All chefs helped one another with their dishes in Restaurant Stadium as they made this inspiring event a success.
On both events, a variety of celebrity chefs participating in All-Star Chef Classic this weekend showed their support at each other’s events. They sat with the audience and provided entertaining comments while chefs were preparing their dishes. The event gave everyone a fun time full of laughs, entertainment, and scrumptious food.
