1 1/3 cups coconut butter or coconut oil (learn how to make your own coconut butter here)
1 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup raw honey
4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend well.
Press fudge into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Optional: Drizzle some melted peanut butter on top of fudge for decoration.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes, remove and cut into small pieces.
