'All My Children' and 'One Life to Live' debuts this spring on Hulu and iTunes

A press release from Prospect Park was released Friday stating that All My Children and One Life to Live will premiere online sometime this spring on both Hulu and iTunes with 30-minute episodes airing each day.

"I believe that both Hulu and iTunes have the vision, the reach and the technology to help us launch TOLN [The Online Network] in a significant way" PP Chairman/CEO Jeff Kwatinetz said in the PR. "We think these platforms are part of history, helping us transform distribution. Hulu's reach, platform and advertising prowess are best in class, and iTunes provides an incredible way to buy TV shows that is second to none.

"Through both of these partners, we hope daytime drama fans are absolutely delighted to be able to watch their favorite programs in a broadcast-quality HD format wherever and whenever they want."

Thanks to an agreement with Prospect Park, creator Agnes Nixon will be a consultant on both AMC, which was canceled in September 2011 after 41 years on ABC, and OLTL, which was canceled one year ago in January 2012 after 44 years.
