Best known to daytime television audiences as Police Chief Derek Frye on "All My Children," Charles Parnell currently stars in the acclaimed independent film "Pariah," in a role which earned him an NAACP Image Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor.
"Pariah" tells the story of a Brooklyn teenager who juggles conflicting identities and risks friendship, heartbreak, and family in a desperate search for sexual expression.
Since leaving the soap, the actor has appeared in a number of prime time sereis, including "Fringe, " "Bones," "90210" and "NCIS."
