All Hallow's Eve is a an iconic rare black "Magic: The Gathering" card from "Legends" that brings the dead back to life.
All Hallow's Eve - 2BB
Exile All Hallow's Eve with two scream counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if All Hallow's Eve is exiled with a scream counter on it, remove a scream counter from it. If there are no more scream counters on it, put it into your graveyard and each player returns all creature cards from his or her graveyard to the battlefield.
All Hallow's Eve has had a curious history. Did you know that All Hallow's Eve received errata to make it an enchantment and then was later turned back into a sorcery? Although All Hallow's Eve is essentially the first card to feature the mechanic suspend, it doesn't actually have suspend because the wording has been changed by Wizards of the Coast so that it uses scream counters.
While that's certainly flavorful, it's an issue up for hot debate. Changing the scream counters to suspend counters would allow All Hallow's Eve to interact with other cards like Clockspinning. Not that it really matters that much, All Hallow's Eve is on the Reserved List and will never be reprinted in a tournament legal set. Still, All Hallow's Eve is a fun spell to run in your commander deck, allowing you to abuse sacrifice effects and trigger "enters the battlefield" abilities once your creatures are reanimated.
