Alien Abductions - have you been abducted? MUFON's help could be on the way!

There have been many reports of alien abductions. Usually the abductee remains quiet about the abduction for fear of being ridiculed or even worse interrogated by the government.  The most famous of these abductions is the Betty and Barney Hill case.  Occurring in the early 1960's, this case was not only one of the most notorious cases because of the abduction, but was the first to be formally investigated and  the first to use  hypnosis in a Ufology investigation.

     Closer to home and more recently, a local citizen claims to have the most documented  case of alien encounter ever recorded.  With his book published, and a recent interview by the TV program 20/20, whether you believe him or not, it would be hard to explain the unfolding of his events.

     There is even an alien abduction festival held each year in Toronto, Canada. It is interesting to note that as many people claim they have been abducted, there seems to be an equal number of debunkers.  Who do you believe - abductees or debunkers?  What really are the characteristics of the abductees?  If a person is abducted,  what are  the extraterrestrials really after! 

Abduction have been around for what seems forever!  I'm ashamed to admit I should be more knowledgeable on the bible and it's references to aliens,  I do know that the bible references abductions.  It is no secret that references to abductions and even to UFOs are common in the bible .   An engine search will reveal references to UFOs, in the book of Genesis the Nephilim giants, in the book of  Enoch and during the days of Noah (Matthew 24:37), in Ephesians, Romans, Corinthians and more!   Resistance organizations have been organized.   Hybrids are the common name for children produced as offspring of these alien abductions to human women.

At Roswell there almost seemed to be three festivals going on at once.  The City of Roswell, assisted by MUFON, sponsored the  Roswell UFO Festival.  There was also the Christian Symposium on Aliens similarly titled the Roswell UFO Festival and then there were speakers sponsored by the UFO Museum.  All were polite enough but seemed to compete with each other; for example I needed a separate Press Pass for the UFO Museum.  By the way, both the City of Roswell and the Christian Symposium have similar URLs so for more information make sure you select the right website.  In spite of each other, the Roswell UFO Festival was wildly successful!

So back to alien abductions.  Have you been abducted?  Does it matter if you believe in abductions or not?  Maybe to you it does, but it doesn't matter the extraterrestrials.  I have yet to hear or read of one case where the aliens have asked the abductee if they were a believer or not, or for that matter, for permission to abduct the person.  The following YouTube video helps in determining the characteristics of an abductee!

Next month at the  40th Anniversary MUFON Symposium there will be a vendor booth there for AERC, Abduction Experiencer and Research Committee.   AERC is conducting a study of people who believe they have been abducted and people who believe they have NOT been abducted.  The purpose of study, according to my phone interview with Lester Velez, Co-Chairman and Assistant State Director for MUFON in Northern California is to develop a basis for future studies and address points that debunkers talk about. The study is designed to compare and contrast  those participants who have had an abduction experience with those who have not had the experience but have an interest in abductions.. The study assures complete confidentiality; all participants will be provided with feedback of their responses and a summary of the research findings upon completion of the study. Publication of the data will be done to ensure the privacy and the confidentially of the participants information which was provided.  Although the participants may sign up for the study at the MUFON symposium, anyone can sign up by contacting Lester directly through his phone or email address.

    So how do you know if you have been abducted?.  In addition to the indications noted in the video above, many commonalities do exist among abductees.  Sleep paralysis or just feeling+ out of sorts as if something unexplainable is bothering them .They seek help in one way or another such as going to a psychologist or they have had dreams about the experience.  They consciously remember what is going on and look for people to talk to for help.  According to Lester, the general mental health community is not a real big help due to unfamiliarity with alien abductions experiences.  Hypnotherapy is often sought as a source of help, but again an experienced hypnotherapist should be found that has a background in the area of abduction and will not dismiss the person off.  Lester states he has found that events can be made up under hypnosis, but the abductee must use an experienced hypnotist who is experienced and certified and has proper training to separate fact from fiction. 

If you know you have been abducted, this study could help explain a lot.  If you weren't abducted, maybe you will find out differently!  What a surprise that would be!  Either way, don't hesitate, call now to participate!
