Alicia Sacramone dating Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn

2008 U.S. Olympic team member Alicia Sacramone and Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn? Yes, they're an item.

"I'm dating Brady Quinn, so I travel to Cleveland on Sunday afternoons for home games," Boston-based Sacramone, 21, said in an interview with USA Gymnastics. Sacramone added she has been living at home, looking for an apartment and getting ready to transfer to a different university between trips to Cleveland.

Oh, and she's been training, too. "It’s hard getting skills back. Mentally I feel like I can do it, but physically my body is not ready yet," Sacramone said. "I’m working beam and vault and slowly working on floor. That won’t be for a while though."

After spending the summer in Los Angeles interning for clothing maker Tank Farm, Sacramone announced that she would be returning to training just before the 2009 U.S. Championships in August, and hopes to compete at the 2010 Nationals in Hartford, Conn.

"L.A. was not my scene," she told USA Gymnastics.

Quinn, 25, was drafted by the Browns in 2007 after four successful seasons at Notre Dame. He's never been involved with gymnastics, but "he said he's excited to come to a gymnastics meet," Sacramone said. The two were introduced at a charity event.

Although Quinn threw four touchdown passes in Cleveland's last game, the Browns lost 38-37 to the Detroit Lions Sunday, dropping them to 1-9.

Sacramone, the 2005 World floor champion, earned a silver medal with the 2008 U.S. Olympic team and narrowly missed the bronze on vault. She was formerly linked with Eric Hunt, a defensive back at Brown University, where Sacramone went to school before the Olympics. Quinn formerly dated soccer player Lindy Slinger.
