Alicia DiMichele’s legal problems continue, and her sentencing has been postponed again. Reality Tea reports on Feb. 21 that the “Mob Wives” star is grateful for the support she is receiving from the other cast members, but she is still struggling. DiMichele is also trying to divorce Eddie Garofalo while he is in jail.

DiMichele’s hopes that her legal problems might reach a resolution faded after a judge decided to postpone her sentencing, and she may have to wait for March to appear in court again. The “Mob Wives” star has already talked to her brother and mother about taking care of her children and made arrangements if she ends up in jail.

Eddie Garofalo is currently in jail serving a seven-year sentence for extortion, and his wife faces embezzlement charges related to his business. However, DiMichele has explained that she has been separated from Garofalo for four years and has been aware of his cheating. She blames his betrayal for her final decision to seek divorce and does not mention any other reason.

DiMichele has been linked to a Philadelphia restaurateur since her husband was sent to jail, but she has denied the existence of this affair. For now, she seems to be focused on her sentencing and possible jail sentence instead of relationships.
