Alice Cooper, Def Leppard, and Ozzy Osbourne took home trophies at the 30th anniversary of the annual hard rock & heavy metal Kerrang! awards. The heavy metal awards put on by the British magazine Kerrang! were handed out tonight with some obvious names attached and in the building. Walking the red carpet, the look wasn’t your typical Hollywood look, but then these groups are anything but typical.
The award sweep definitely came from the group 30 Seconds To Mars. Emerging as the big winners at the Kerrang! Awards by winning two different categories. Def Leppard was honored with the Inspiration Award and Ozzy Osborne won the Kerrang! legend award. Leaving Alice Cooper with the Kerrang! Icon award.
