September 9, 2011 - When a recent photo of a slim and gaunt Ali Lohan appeared on the internet, many media outlets were quick to report she had gotten plastic surgery. But her rep insists that this change is due to a "growth spurt."
This photo shows Ali's face very differently than it has looked lie in the past. Her once round youthful face is now very gaunt and slim, with very high cheekbones and sucked in cheeks.
However, Ali's rep, Steve Honig, has made a statement to the media saying that Lindsay Lohan's younger sister did not have any work done to her face at all.
"During the past two years, she has gone through a normal teenage growth spurt that has made her taller and slimmer," Steve said.
In the statement, Steve continued to say that, "Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it." Then he added that, "Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that."
