Alexis Bellino responds to former co-star 'RHOC' Tamra Barney's apology

Alexis Bellino and Tamra Barney didn't get along during the majority of Bellino's time on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," but these day, the two reality stars understand one another much better.

After going through a rough season nine, Barney, who found herself on the outs with a few of her co-stars throughout the year, issued an apology to Bellino, saying she was sorry that she and the cast had teamed up against her while she was on the show.

In a statement to Rumorfix on Aug. 18, Bellino addressed the apology, saying, “Thank you for your apology, Tamra. I forgave you long ago. Next time maybe pick up the phone instead of doing it publicly, which feels more for attention than sincerity.”

From the sound of things, Bellino still has a few issues with Barney, despite their having put their issues aside when Bellino, along with Gretchen Rossi, left "The Real Housewives of Orange County" after season eight. On the show, Bellino and Barney met with their co-star, Lydia McLaughlin, had a great conversation, and made amends, but now, their feud may have gotten a reboot.

In a blog regarding the season nine episode in which she was targeted, Barney had expressed her sadness over the way Bellino had been treated in Costa Rica the season before.

“I want to publicly apologize to Alexis for being any part of that night,” Tamra wrote. “I had no idea how bad it hurt to have so many people coming at you like that while being so far from home. But now I do and have learned so much. Like that saying goes — ‘karma is a b***h!’"

So far, Barney hasn't responded to Bellino's diss, but knowing her, she likely will. Barney is never one to be dissed and ignore and since she was attempting to do something nice, she's not going to take kindly to Bellino's aggressive reaction.
