Alexa Ray Joel was one of the best dressed ladies last night at the New York Observer's 25th anniversary party. The event was held at the gorgeous Four Seasons according to New York magazine.
Alexa stood out in a beautifully balanced and unusual sheath design in colors of cobalt, chocolate brown and black. The top was heavily crocheted which moved easily into a figure flattering pencil skirt. She topped off her look with a contrasting bright red velvet handbag and black platforms with red soles. Her bright red lips picked up on the bag and shoe soles for an overall fabulous look. While mom Christie says Alexa hasn't had any work done, it sure seems her eyes look different and beautiful.
Publisher Jared Kushner played host to many celebs at the event including Katie Holmes and Katie Couric as well as many people being featured in the magazine's most recent issue "100 Most Influential New Yorkers." Wife Ivanka was in attendance wearing a simple velvet sheath with gold jewelry accents.
While Ivanka looked lovely as usual, it was Alexa Ray Joel that had the most memorable look.
