ALEX Toys Ready, Set, Create Contest for preschool artists

Artistic preschoolers ages 3 to 5 and their parents can enter the ALEX Toys Ready, Set, Create! contest for little artists through October 15, 2009. By demonstrating how their households nurture and express creativity, families can win prizes from the great line of ALEX arts and crafts toys.

How to enter art contest for preschoolers

To enter this art contest for preschoolers, parents must first become a fan of ALEX Toys on Facebook. Next, moms or dads should write a paragraph or two describing how the way they have organized their household encourages creativity and their preschooler's imagination.

Third, children ages 3 to 5 should create an original artwork that parents can photograph and e-mail a .jpg image of (along with their description of how they stimulate their child's creativity) to contest@alextoys.com. The artwork can be created from any kind of art materials, from crayons or paint to clay or felt.

This creative contest for preschool artists is open to the first 550 Facebook fans of ALEX. Each person can submit one entry through October 15. Winners will be announced by October 25, 2009.

Refer to the Ready Set Create entry on ALEX's Facebook page for the complete contest rules.
