Alex Ferguson to change roles

Manchester United and Alex Ferguson have always been very elusive when it comes to the future of the club, this time it may be a little see through, another cry wolf perhaps?

Alex Ferguson had said on December 1st that he would like another 2 years at the Red Devils however with recent unsettled players at other clubs like Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid refusing to talk about his future, it seems like a few promises have been made.

Alex at 71 years of age has been the most consistent manager of recent time with his appointment at Man Utd since November 1986, but even with his tenure and huge success at the club even he and the boys upstairs have or should or are looking at changes for the smooth transition of the club.

One name comes to mind, Pep Guardiola, Alex visited with Pep not too long ago, then Cristiano knows what his future already entails by not talking to the media, which we can only guess means he has already given his word to someone.

This could mean Alex steps into a director of football role at the club while Pep steps in and takes the reins with Ronaldo being the first major transfer all happening at the end of the current season.

Manchester United fans mouths would drool with anticipation at this outcome.
