Victoria's Secret supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio put her fat-free bikini body on display during a beach vacation with friends and family in summer-like Brazil. On Jan. 6, Alessandra tweeted a photo of herself relaxing on a beach while basking in the sunlight.
Ambrosio, who walked the runway at the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in November, stays in shape by doing Pilates, yoga, spinning and strength-training and eating small portions of healthy foods.
The lithe 5-foot-10 Brazilian bombshell regained her slender pre-baby body in record time after each of her two pregnancies (most recently in May 2012), thanks to a low-calorie diet and an active lifestyle.
Of course, it helped that Ambrosio exercised and ate well during her pregnancies, sticking mostly to fresh green juices, kale salads and fish.
“I was playing a lot of volleyball on the beach, swimming and running after my kids," Alessandra said. "And breastfeeding always helps [with pregnancy weight loss]."
