There are several US agencies that have the job of overseeing products which may be hazardous to your health or unsafe for your well being.
The FDA – Federal Drug Administration will often report dangers and/or recalls of foods and/or drugs.
The CPSC - Consumer Product Safety Commission is responsible for reporting and recalling products that may be injurious to your safety.
The NTSB – National Transportation Safety Board is responsible for overseeing and reporting (and recalling) things that have to do with transportation – which also includes child restraint seats for automobiles.
You can file a report with any of these agencies if your experience a problem with a product. Be good citizen and report faulty equipment, bad food, and any product you have found to be defective.

There have been reports of various injuries including finger amputation, three finger tip amputations, sprained and fractured fingers. There was one report of a sore back. l
Below are previous recalls issued last month. It is illegal to resale any of these recalled products – however, there may be items sold in garage sales or in second-hand stores that are still out there. Check to see if you have in your possession any of these items. Or you may have purchased (and still have in your possession) these items but was not notified of the recalls.
