Caroline Manzo has been careful to portray that she and husband Albert Manzo, owner of The Brownstone in Paterson, N.J., have been happily married for 29 years, but rumors have surfaced that Albert may have had or may be having an affair.
Allegations have surfaced that Bravo edited “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” season five finale and removed scenes where Penny Drossos’s revealed information about Albert Manzo’s affair, according to a report on Oct. 2 by Radar Online. The “RHONJ” season finale was tapped at the opening of Kim DePaolo’s Posche II boutique inside the Moxie Salon.
Penny Drossos was at the Posche II event with her husband Johnny Karagiorgis in order to confront Teresa Giudice about her involvement with the couple and very personal information that Karagiorgis tweeted about Melissa Gorga.
During the taping, which ended in a bloody brawl outside the Moxie Salon, Drossos allegedly revealed Albert Manzo’s affair. According to reports, Caroline Manzo was “distraught and terrified” that the rumors would end up as a story-line for season six of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” Reports say that the Manzos marital problems have been “simmering for some time now.”
Caroline claimed in her book “Let Me Tell You Something” that under certain circumstances she could forgive Albert if he had cheated on her. Fans wonder if the rumors of Albert’s marital infidelity are true or if they simply have been put out there to create drama and publicity for the Manzo's spin-off, “Manzo’d With Children.”
