Audio engineer, musician, and record producer Alan Parsons will discuss his work on the Beatles' "Abbey Road " and "Let It Be" albums, Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon," his own Alan Parsons Project and his latest work, an instructional DVD series called "The Art And Science Of Sound Recording," in a special one-night appearance at the Grammy Museum, 800 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite A245, Los Angeles at 8 p.m. Sept. 29.
At the show in the Clive Davis Theater, Parsons will also premiere a new song, "All Our Yesterdays", written especially for the DVD series that features Los Angeles musicians and Parsons on lead vocal. The evening will also include a live performance, an audience Q & A and an autograph signing.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in-person at the Museum box office, through www.grammymuseum.org, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
