Al F. George, 20, of Cleveland, was indicted on charges of rape, kidnapping, aggravated robbery. Al F. George's DNA was matched through CODIS to a rape that occurred on January 15, 2008.
Prosecutors say a 22-year-old female of Cleveland was walking on Fulton during the day when Al F. George approached her, forcing her at gun point to a nearby home. At gun point, he raped and robbed her. She eventually fled. She reported it to officials.
Al F. George's DNA was entered into CODIS after being convicted of burglary and theft in 2008.
Al F. George’s trial is scheduled for 9:00 am in front of Judge Janet Burnside.
