Over the weekend, TNA superstar AJ Styles was injured at a house show. The former TNA world champion injured his ankle and is in jeopardy of missing TNA's Turning Point PPV which takes place on Sunday, November 13th. On Saturday November 5th, AJ Styles made the following comments about his injury via his Twitter page: "Rolled out of bed to see how the ankle was after last night. Not good, crap!!!."
Styles would further Tweet that he didn't know the severity of his ankle injury but it was bad enough to cause concern for his match at Turning Point. Some within TNA are worried that AJ could miss his match altogether or at the very least be severely limited when he takes on Robert Roode for the TNA world title.
If Styles can walk, then he will be there. Unlike other professional sports, pro-wrestlers pride themselves on working while injured. It's a badge of honor that earns the respect of others within the industry. Despite the injury, I see Styles lacing up the boots and tearing down the house with Roode on Sunday.
