Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai was admitted to Seven Hills hospital in Mumbai on Sunday, November 13, 2011 amidst tight security. Aishwarya is expecting her first child with actor-husband Abhishek Bachchan.
The beautiful actress was accompanied by the entire Bacchan family, including her sister-in-law Shweta Nanda.
According to sources, Aishwarya Rai's delivery is scheduled for November 17, 2011 around noon.
Aishwarya Rai's family has booked four VVIP rooms on the fifth floor of the Andheri hospital.
Aishwarya Rai's father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan Tweeted, "The family gathers together from all over as we wait for the 'arrival' ... Greatest joy for me - a full house and the 'chahel - pahel'," .
Meanwhile, in an unprecedented move, the Indian TV news channels have drawn up a set of guidelines for media coverage of the birth of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's baby.
