Adam Joseph Bartsch, 28, was arrested at Nashville International Airport after someone grabbed his cellphone and told a flight attendant that he was taking pictures of women up their dresses. Bartsch, a Baltimore-based air marshal, was arrested for the incident on Thursday, according to a report published on Friday by the Los Angeles Times.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) confirmed that Bartsch had allegedly been taking cellphone pictures up women’s dresses as they boarded the Southwest Airline’s flight bound for Nashville, Tennessee.
After being advised of his Miranda rights by Nashville International Airport police, Bartsch admitted to having taken pictures underneath female’s dresses or skirts.
Based on the incident which occurred at approximately 10:30 in the morning, the air marshal was charged with disorderly conduct and has a court date set for Nov. 14.
The agency immediately removed Bartsch from his current duties and is in the process of being suspended or terminated from his employment – during the investigation, according to a TSA spokesperson.
