On Friday, Aimi Jones’ naked eBay picture, which accidentally got posted to her online auction in which she was selling a yellow dress, has gone viral online. It has also already inspired its fair share of jokes and fake comedic photos, too.
On eBay, 21-year-old Aimi Jones posted a photo of a yellow dress that she was looking to unload on eBay. Problem was, Aimi snapped the picture while naked (or, partially nude from the waist down), and failed to even notice that her entire image could be seen in the mirror’s reflection.
It’s hard to know if it’s even possible for someone to not notice such a glaring image, especially when you’re posting it publicly on eBay, but that’s Aimi’s story. And for her, despite her name trending on Twitter and Facebook, she’s deeply embarrassed by the situation.
“I put it on eBay last Saturday morning and realized straight away so ended the sale. But what I didn't realize was that people could still see it on the site,” says Aimi, according to the Daily Mail.
“I reported it to eBay and they took it down, but by then it had gone viral. My boyfriend Andy thinks the whole thing is hilarious,” she added.
Now, not only is the mustard yellow dress becoming a trending topic online, but it’s also encouraging people to create some very funny and creative memes.
