So far, "AGT" 2013 has been a fight to the finish. A total of 12 hopefuls waited until Sept. 11 to find out whether or not he, she or they would be in the group of acts who made it to the finals of this ambitious TV talent show. Indeed, only 6 "America's Got Talent" acts could continue to compete for the million dollar prize and the chance to command a Las Vegas stage.
So, at legendary Radio City Music Hall, the heat was on. To ease the pain, prestigious alums of "America's Got Talent" called Terry Fator and Olate Dogs performed for the throngs on hand.
But that wasn't the meat of the show that area on NBC on Wednesday night. It was the eliminations that were forefront in New York City tonight.
That said, the first act asked to leave was the talented Chicago Boyz while front runner Kenichi Ebina was voted to continue on with the show.
Cami Bradley and Innovative Force were then asked to take center stage to learn who was headed home and who would make it to the "AGT" 2013 finals. Bradley was the winner in this round while Innovative Force was eliminated.
With only 8 more acts from the "America's Got Talent" top 12 were going to be allowed to compete in the finals. So, before "AGT" wrapped for the evening, the results continued with Forte, Taylor Williamson, Jimmy Rose, and young magician Collins Key continuing on.
Meanwhile, KriSteph Brothers, Branden James, D’Angelo & Amanda, and Catapult Entertainment and were asked to leave this competitive TV talent show, voted off on Sept. 11.
And so it goes as fans wait for the finals on "America's Got Talent" in live shows being presented next week on NBC. Stay tuned.
