The aggressive dog quickly responded by viscously biting his mother on her legs, arms and stomach. Resin’s mother attempted to no avail to stop the attack as she tried to run outside.
Oak Lawn police are reporting that Rusin did not gain control of the dog, resulting in another attack on his mother. Rusin is also accused of “assisting” his aggressive dog in attacking his mother. Rusin allegedly grabbed her, threw her in a wall, causing her to hit her head, as the dog continued to attack.
While his mother finally made it to the front yard, the pit bull attacked her a third time.
According to the police report, the victim said she thought that the pit bull was going to kill her. After the attacks, she was rushed to the hospital.
Arresting officers documented that the Pit Bull was unapproachable and extremely aggressive.
The vicious Pit Bull was ordered to be taken to the Animal Welfare League and will be left there until final determinations are made on its fate.
