Simmons: “It would be a shame especially when you are so shaped and symmetrical. When did you stop talking?”
Fitz: “About three embarrassing sentences ago.”

Mike Peterson is back in this episode! It is great to see characters reappear. Unfortunately, Mike does not provide much info on the centipede group, which you would think that would be the whole reason he would be brought back. Still, it is great to see him again, and how he interacts with everyone. Simmons being flustered around him is absolutely adorable. Mike has brief moments with each cast member. It is great to see Mike interact with more people besides Skye. Did you enjoy seeing Mike again?
Honestly, the initial case is not really the focus of the episode. S.H.I.E.L.D. gets called in after centipede breaks out someone from prison. Then, our ragtag team runs into a mini centipede army, and then Mike’s son is taken. So, the episode sort of deals with the initial case, but it rapidly changes direction. This isn’t a complaint, just an observation. It would be nice to know more about centipede though. What are your thoughts?
Coulson gets taken! The only upside to this whole situation is that hopefully this means we will learn what happened to Coulson after he died. Thankfully, Coulson isn’t upset that Mike is trading him for his son. Coulson understands and it sounds like he would do the same if he was in Mike’s position. The writers make this whole trade situation more heartbreaking than annoying, which is great. They could have had Mike not care about Coulson, and Coulson could have been really upset with Mike. What do you think is in store for Coulson?
