Last night's recap at Las Vegas City of Lights Jazz and R&B Festival, on the grounds of the Clark County Amphitheater stands a man with a plan known as Michael Schivo - who continues to revitalize an on-going, feel good musical flow. Vegas’ own Schivo began perfecting his promotions skills with various genres of musical formats many years ago, therefore, the year '14 shouldn't be any different. (Check out the slideshow)
Let's be clear, many concert promoters come and go, but never that for Michael Schivo. On that note, the city of Las Vegas proclaimed and established a "Marvin Gaye Day," in conjunction with the City of Lights to be an annual event! That's huge! Zeola Gaye, Marvin Gaye's sister accepted this monumental decree from Commissioner Weekly, Michael and Debra Schivo, Councilwoman Pamela A. Goynes-Brown and The National R&B Society, Floyd Williams
As always, the Jazz, Neo-Soul and R&B super-stars showed out, while the crowd turnt it up.
