Determined to fit into a size zero wedding gown, the reality TV star has put herself on an extreme weight loss diet that cuts the carbs even more, reported Hollywood Life on Jan. 24.
"Kim wants to be thinner than her pre-baby body and is willing to do anything to get there. She’s desperate to be a size 0 bride," said one of Kim's friends.
As a result, while still restricting carbohydrates, Kim is "counting the calories in everything and living on grilled fish, chicken and steamed vegetables." After losing so much weight, Kim admits that it's strange to see herself in past episodes of "Keeping up with the Kardashians," reported Yahoo OMG.
"It's crazy because seeing myself back in this episode I just had my baby girl and I still hadn't lose my weight yet. It reminds me of all of the work I put in, and shows me to not stop working out to live a healthy lifestyle," Kim added.
Also motivating her: "Seeing every crazy thing written about me."
And although Kim says that the Atkins diet has worked for her, she admits it still had its challenges.
