The Bachelorette contestant who left by his own choosing this week, Ed Swiderski is too busy to talk to the media, according to an article in the Chicago Sun-Times.
An ABC spokeswoman told the Sun via e-mail, “He’s busy with work. He has a lot going on. He’s just not available.” His mother, Judith Elliott of Dundee, Mich., said “He had just gotten this job [with Microsoft]. He wanted to keep it. I guess maybe he didn’t expect to go as far [on the show] as he did. He could have chosen her and then not been the one in the end anyway. There are still seven or eight guys left. And besides, how could she know if she really wanted him if he didn’t have a job?” In last week's episode, Ed chose to leave the show after receiving a rose from Jillian Harris. He claimed he'd received a call from his boss, asking him to give up the competition and return to his job as a technology consultant. He didn't give back the rose, though, claiming that he didn't want anyone else to have it. All signs point to a future reunion between Ed and Jillian, though he's off the show for the time being. Though all other departed bachelors have had their chance to talk to the media, Ed is suddenly unavailable for comment, which almost surely means we haven't seen the last of him yet.

I am very happy to hear that Jillian picked Ed to be her husband i am very happy for the both of them. Ed was my favriote guy since the 1st day he walked into that door.
I am very curious. Did Ed's boss really call him and ask him to give up on the show and return to work? Haven't heard anything about this. He said that his boss called him so he had no choice but to go back. Was he called by his boss, or did he leave of his own choosing? Anyone really knows?
Does anybody know the name of the place her and Ed had went to i believe it was in Spain, where if you walk under it holding hands you end up being with that person??
