Curious about cosmetic surgery? Joan Rivers just might have an inkling. The E! celebrity claims to have undergone 739 plastic surgery procedures. And she's not planning on halting her hobby. Hmm, maybe she and Kate Gosselin have something in common.
As for daughter Melissa, she's not inclined to follow in her mother's footsteps (or surgery steps). "At one point I start to think the risk outweighs the reward, so I wanted my mom to know how I felt about it and I think I made myself fairly clear," Melissa declared.
Despite her daughter's protests, Joan treats the subject lightly. "Every weekend I just go in and I do something new. I get a 10th one free. It's a little like coffee: you just keep going," she said. No hints as to what the next procedure might be, since her flat tummy looks as if she's had liposuction and tummy tuck; her lifted face appears to have had a brow lift...and eyelid surgery...and perhaps a full face lift to boot. And speaking of boot...maybe she's considering a booty lift (after all, at 78, various parts of the body do tend to droop).
