Just announced, Travel Channel has renewed eight of its popular original series for 2013.
The returning series include: “Airport 24/7: Miami,” “Baggage Battles,” “Bizarre Foods America with Andrew Zimmern," “Dangerous Grounds,” “The Dead Files,” “Ghost Adventures, “Hotel Impossible” and “Mysteries at The Museum.”
"Airport 24/7: Miami" features an up close look at the inner workings of one of America's largest airports.
Buying and selling unclaimed property is the focus of "Baggage Battles," while "Bizarre Foods America with Andrew Zimmern" focuses on, just as the title says, unique culinary experiences in cities across the country, including Houston, St. Louis and New York City.
"Dangerous Grounds" promises more action and adventure as host Todd Carmichael continues to hunt down rare strains of coffee in extremely remote areas of the world.
Investigations into the paranormal are the focus of "The Dead Files" and "Ghost Adventures" as each show explores haunted locations across the country.
Each episode of "Hotel Impossible" features host Anthony Melchiorri working to turn a struggling venue into a bustling tourist attraction, while "Mysteries at the Museum" follows Don Wildman as he explores a range of museums to uncover the objects and artifacts that reveal America's hidden secrets.
