Adult film star Nadya Suleman loses lawsuit over stolen diamond ring (Video)

“Octomom” Nadya Suleman did not show up in a Delaware County Pa. courtroom Wednesday, Radar Online reported on Jan 9. Suleman was to appear with co-defendant, manager Gina Rodriguez of GR Media for a hearing regarding $7,500 diamond ring she allegedly stole last summer while participating in a celebrity boxing tournament organized by Damon Feldman, the plaintiff in the case.

A default judgment for Damon Feldman. “Judgement [sic] is in favor of the plaintiff because the defendants failed to show,” a Delaware County Court representative told Radar Online. “Method of payment will be decided between the defendants and the plaintiff”.

Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman sued Suleman and Rodriquez for what he claims is a “publicity stunt gone wrong.”

In his original court filing, Feldman said:

“I am suing to return my Diamond Ring [sic] or the $7,500 that the Ring is Valued at. The Ring was stolen at the Celebrity Boxing Event in Which an organized Publicity Photo Shoot was done with Natalie [sic] Suleman aka Octomom with her manager Gine [sic} Rodriguez aka Gina Delia from GR Media”

Feldman told Radar Online that he is pleased with the verdict. “I hope she’ll [Suleman] will be a really nice person and pay, or send the ring back. I don’t think she will, but the pressure is on her now. The way she tried to screw me over was a joke, but I guess that’s what I get for dealing with people like that.”

Since Nadya is back on public assistance and receiving some $1,800 per month for food and $1,000 in emergency cash, as well as Medi-Cal benefits for her and her 14 children, it is unlikely that Suleman will have the funds to pay the judgment.

In the past year Suleman has posed semi-nude for a British magazine, made masturbation porn, and even took a job as a headliner in a strip club. It was reported that one of Nadya Suleman's childen saw her pornographic video.

“Octomom” ended up at the Chapman House Drug Rehab Center for 30 days for help with a Xanax addiction in October. While Suleman was in rehab her 14 children were cared for by three nannies and two friends.
