Adrienne Maloof had a small court victory after her ex-husband Paul Nassif dropped the case. TMZ reports on Aug. 21 that Maloof and Nassif were fighting over the education of their son. Paul decided not to pursue the case and to leave his son at the same school.
The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was fighting with her ex-husband about the school for her oldest son. Paul Nassif had filed the lawsuit because he wanted Gavin transferred to a different school that focuses more on special needs. Adrienne Maloof wanted Gavin to stay at his regular school, and she won this round in court. Nassif dropped the case, and it appears this matter is finally settled. Paul also removed his demand to make Adrienne pay his legal fees.
Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif finalized their divorce last year after months of vicious court battles. Their custody fight over their three children also should have ended in 2012, but problems remained. The couple has an 11-year-old son and twin boys.
Maloof recently revealed she was happy to no longer be a part of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” show. Adrienne mentioned that sitting in hair and makeup for “three hours for two minutes of shooting” can get tedious, and the lack of privacy is annoying. After the turmoil created by Brandi Glanville’s revelation of her surrogacy, Adrienne Maloof seems glad to be free and is trying to rebuild her life. She has been spotted with Rod Stewart’s son, Sean Stewart, on several occasions.
