Adrienne Maloof and her husband of nearly ten years split last year and while it came as a shock to pretty much everyone, what was even more shocking were the events that went down after the split. The couple spewed accusations of abuse at each other and Paul's children were even taken from him at one point. And although things have settled down now, Adrienne still has one bone to pick and that's Paul's relationship with her rival Brandi Glanville.
"It's the ultimate betrayal," Adrienne revealed to Life & Style on January 30. "It's extremely hurtful." Adrienne had previously shunned Brandi after she revealed to everyone that Adrienne had used a surrogate. And when the ordeal played out on camera, it looked as though Paul was furious with her as well -- he even called her a "b***h" and "piece of s**t."
However, since then, Brandi and Paul have made up and actually have a decent friendship and are keeping in touch even though Paul is no longer on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. "We're friendly," Brandi admits. "Every once in a while, he'll text me. He's very nice."
Needless to stay, Adrienne isn't thrilled with the relationship, nor does she think it is genuine. "I believe getting close to Paul is a ploy on Brandi's part to make herself more relevant," Adrienne explains. "I feel the sudden friendship with him was thought out and vindictive."
