Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif parted ways years ago, but still, the continue to but heads when it comes to co-parenting -- so much so that they have ended back in court on multiple occasions and will soon return to court to address their latest confrontation.
According to a March 26 report on Radar Online, Maloof and Nassif are "headed back to court in a few weeks where she’s going to request a restraining order against her ex."
A source close to the situation revealed to Radar that Maloof, 52, and Nassif, 51, will appear in court on April 8 to address a confrontation, which allegedly occurred in February at one of their three son's basketball games.
In regard to the incident, Maloof claims Nassif grabbed her arm as she attempted to take photographs of her children. Nassif claims she was photographing him discipling the children.
This isn't the first time Maloof has alleged abuse, nor is it the first time she's requested a restraining order. Radar reports Maloof requested a temporary restraining order recently but was denied.
“Adrienne is going to request a restraining order and plans to show evidence as to why she is afraid of Paul,” the source told Radar.
