Adrienne Maloof claims ex Paul Nassif got violent but denied restraining order

The drama isn't over between Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif. On Monday, Feb. 17, TMZ reported that the former "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star actually went to court on Valentine's Day in order to get an emergency restraining order against her ex-husband.

Adrienne claims that Paul violently snatched her phone away from her when she was just trying to photograph her kids the week prior. In his defense, Paul claims that Adrienne was actually trying to film him while he was disciplining one of their kids in order to use it against him in their ongoing custody battle. He says that it was she who was threatening, getting all up on him with the camera and almost hitting him.

The judge denied the emergency restraining order but did set a hearing for April.

So far, neither Adrienne or Paul have addressed the matter or even hinted that something went wrong via social media. Instead, both have posted messages and images showing them enjoying their respective long weekend with friends and family.

For two people who once seemed to be one of the most solid couples on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," things have certainly changed!

Who do you think is guilty of bad behavior? Adrienne Maloof or Paul Nassif?
