Job Responsibilities and Position Responsibilities:
- Connection Development
Implement connections (data exchange between ADP and external systems) and manage entire life cycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, and implementation. Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal partners to gather requirements.
- Point of Contact with Third Party Vendors
Maintain primary contact information for each third party vendor with whom we have a connection. Work with these contacts to track new release dates for their systems, obtain updated file specifications, and identify the impact of any changes on existing connections. Maintain a library of file specifications.
Qualifications Required:

Mandatory requirements for this position include the following:
- Requires the ability to work independently.
- Interacts with all levels of client management.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills required to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve system problems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- One to two years experience managing projects
- Requires the ability to analyze applications and present resolutions to technical and non-technical staff.
- Understanding of basic coding concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in related field - Computer Information Systems/Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or an equivalent in education and experience is preferred.
Preferred requirements for this position include the following:
Knowledge of HR, Benefit, and Payroll concepts
Experience working in a software and/or service company environment.
Experience with HIPAA standard EDI, or prior work with carrier electronic enrollment applications
