Today and tomorrow are the last days of the Iams sponsored Home 4 the Holidays adoptions. In this sponsored adoption promotional event that started in November, the Iams people subsidized the adoption fees for hundreds of cats and dogs locally and thousands nationwide. They made it possible for many lucky cats and dogs to get their forever families, as well as vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchipping. But if you cannot take advantage of this wonderful subsidy, please remember that you can still help Bakersfield's pets in many ways:
- Adopt don't shop;
- If you can't adopt, you can foster;
- If you can't foster, you can donate;
- If you can't donate, you can volunteer;
- And if you can't volunteer, you can help spread the word!
