Update 12/9/13 6:00 p.m. (PST) Maverick has been adopted!
On Sunday, a person who intended to adopt a German shepherd named "Maverick," failed to show up.
On Monday afternoon, a shelter volunteer phoned the facility and was informed that Maverick was still there, though is Petharbor link has already been pulled down, leaving him virtually invisible.
Two-year-old Maverick came to the Los Angeles County Animal Care and Control Facility in Baldwin Park, Calif., on Nov. 25.
Now that his "CTA, or Commitment to Adopt" person has failed to show up, he is at risk.
The following information has been shared about this handsome, young dog:
A4656050 - my name is Maverick. I am a very friendly and gentle 2 yr old male black/brown German Shepherd mix. I came to the shelter as a stray on November 25. (available 12/2/13)
Please take a moment to network for Maverick, before he is gone forever...
