Not really news, just a little bit of comedy to try and cure everyone’s case of the Monday’s, unless you love Monday’s and in that case, you probably need to head to a doctor.

As most of you with iPhone’s already know, Adobe Flash is not supported on the iPhone, however in days past, a generalized message would pop-up indicating that the browser didn’t support Flash and that you needed to upgrade your browser, vague stuff like that.

Well, it appears that Adobe has upped the ante and its new Flash message, when found on an iPhone, directly addresses Apple. Take a look at the picture. While the message itself isn’t scathing, it’s just Adobe’s way of saying that this is Apple’s mess and not to blame them.

Whatever their reasoning is, it’s definitely going to strike a chord with iPhone users who get the message. Don’t be surprised if Apple’s mailboxes, both in the physical and virtual worlds become jam packed with people wondering why Flash isn’t supported by the phone, and when it will be.

Clever, Adobe, very clever but Flash on the iPhone probably won’t be happening any time soon.

I hope Apple will including Adobe Flash in next 4G iphone in 2010 for more hardware improving room. I'm expecting Apple to support us deaf community for videophone relay service which is require a Flash program.

Hi Adam, true on "not really news", the first discussion of this advisory was a month ago when it first appeared, and it's just getting some fresh blogosphere echo-chamber on it today.

For "why the wording?", it has almost become a standing joke how any Adobe presentation usually has a "What about the iPhone?" question in it... easier to address the obvious wholesale than retail.

So, why isn't Apple's refusal to support Flash in the iPhone's Safari browser considered a violation of antitrust law?
