British singer/entertainer Adele's, "Skyfall" was a hit from the very beginning. It was at the top of the iTunes chart within hours. Then, it won an award last week for the Best Original Song at the Academy Awards. She's also won both the Brit and the Golden Globes.
Producers wishing to capitalize on the success of Adele's muse are asking that she sing for the next James Bond installment.
She's agreed to do so, but will not layout a timeline for it, saying that it come to her when it comes to her.
"The Sun" says that they are wanting something along the lines of Shirley Bassey's performance at the Oscars, which was spellbinding. It was smokey, sultry and just incredible. Bassey went from one octave to another with the smoothness that only a professional voice like her offers.
