Adele, 25, tweeted a photo of herself to celebrate World Water Day. In the snapshot, Adele's face looks noticeably slimmer than it has in recent months, and her cheekbones are prominent as she sips water from a white mug.

This isn't the first time Adele has made headlines after a dramatic weight loss. In 2013, Adele flaunted her reported 30-pound post-baby weight loss at the Grammy Awards just four months after giving birth to son Angelo in October 2012.

Adele has long insisted that she loves her curves and refuses to be fat-shamed into following starvation diets. However, the British songstress revealed she had switched to a vegetarian diet shortly after becoming a mom, both for health reasons and out of her love for animals.

"I'm trying to be veggie," Adele told Radio 1. "I have to be really healthy and stuff like that. I can find another way of getting all the stuff out of meat you need. I hate that tofu stuff, though. It's rank. Whenever I'm about to eat meat, I always see my little dog's eyes."

Adele also began running and working out regularly to be healthier for her husband and newborn baby. However, the full-figured 5-foot-9 Adele said she has no interest in capitalizing on her sex appeal like fellow pop stars Lady Gaga or Katy Perry.

“I’ve never seen magazine covers and music videos and thought, ‘I need to look like that’," she's said. “Even if I did have a 'Sports Illustrated' body, I’d still wear elegant clothes. Exploiting yourself sexually is really not a good look.”
