Adele has completely dominated every facet of the music scene ever since fans heard her first mainstream single ‘Rolling in the Deep’ on the radio. Now Adele’s music is not only taking over Billboard charts, but also the Karaoke scene.
The singer brought us the heart wrenching track ‘Someone Like You’ last year and not only were radio stations playing this song on repeat, but fans in Britain were requesting this song like crazy at the Karaoke bars.
‘Someone Like You’ has been named the most selected song in Karaoke clubs, being sung by 1 in four people. Adele’s rendition of the Bob Dylan tune ‘Make You Feel My Love’ came in second and ‘Rolling in the Deep’ also was high on the list. When it comes to non-Adele songs making the list, David Bowie’s single ‘Heroes’ made a comeback after it was sung by a contestant on the ‘X Factor UK.’
Adele had the top selling album and single in both the United Kingdom and the United States last year.
