How exciting, a sighting from Adele! However, you may now formally address her as Miss Adele Adkins MBE, an honor the singer was awarded from Prince Charles for services in the music industry on Dec.19. Adele received the prestigious MBE Award, which stands for Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, and is one of the five ranks in an order of chivalry of civil and military divisions, wow.
Adele has been on hiatus from a whirlwind of success since skyrocketing up from the days of uploading her song demos onto her Myspace page to the globally record breaking studio album "21" released in 2011. For the most part, the singer has been laying low since giving birth to her son in October 2012, aside from some appearances tied to the release of the theme song to the 23rd James Bond film, "Skyfall." The artist performed the song at the 85th Academy Awards and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
Adele's fun-loving and genuine nature radiate anytime she is in the press, whether in interviews or accepting accolades; check out the video above of the 25 year old giggling like a school girl after the award was presented to her from the Prince of Wales, classic Adele while looking very stylish.
