Adele had to be delighted for her time on stage at the 85th Annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on Sunday night. The entertainer gave a performance of her single Skyfall. While it wasn't part of the special James Bond tribute on Sunday night, it was just as important. Considered one of the most successful artists of our time, Adele had to be excited (and nervous) about the opportunity.
Definitely a prestigious moments of the night, the entertainer set the tone as she belted out the hit from the latest James Bond movie. With a focus of 007 in the building, the chance to honor the song currently being nominated was a perk for the fans who love James Bond.
There were several tributes planned for the Oscars recognizing the impact of movies over the last decade. In addition to the James Bond moment the there were cast members from Dreamgirls, Chicago and The Avengers were seen on stage.
